Alfredo graduated from University with a BA Hons in HR Management and Finance.  He has also passed the REC exam, an exam run by the recruitment professional governing body.  He joined HCL plc in 2006 and moved to the Cardiac division a year later.  Since then, together with his colleague Donna Mills he has built up strong relationships with over 300 cardiac professionals.  The team pride themselves on the strong relationships they hold with the clients they work alongside and the locums they employ.

Christian Mansfield-Osborne – Sterile Services
Christian joined HCL Healthcare 4 years ago when Medical Technical were acquired by HCL plc.  His medical career began in 1994 when he completed his NHS Sterile Services training at the Chelsea and Westminster Hospital, the start of a fruitful career within the medical sector.
Today Christian has built up a Sterile Service division which helps 90% of the UK’s Sterile Service Units and provides work for over 300 ssu staff from technicians through to Managers. With a team of 14 working alongside Christian he is able to offer staffing to any size of sterile size including super centres.

Darren Birch – BMS
Having trained as a Financial advisor, Darren took a successful move into Recruitment in 2000. Originally joining Eurosite Medical  as the Assistant General Manager, Darren later branched out to manage the whole of the Biomedical Science Division.   Over the past years his team has built up an impressive database of over 2500 compliant locums and has grown enviable relationships with some of the UK and Irelands top Pathology divisions.

Karina White – Medical Secretaries, Admin and Clerical
Having completed her Diploma in Recruitment Practice in 2002, today Karina manages and leads one of the UKs most successful Medical Admin and Clerical teams.  Karina is proud of her teams reputation for providing quality office staff.  This in turn has lead the team being awarded sole supplier status for some of London’s most famous hospitals such as Guys and St Thomas’ and Great Ormond Street.

Mark Burrell – Therapies
Mark is the Therapies Manager at HCL Healthcare and has over 7 years experience in this position.  He was part of the Eurosite Medical team who were acquired by HCL plc 4 years ago.
Marks team is responsible for supplying audiologists, occupational therapists physiotherapists, podiatrists and  speech and language therapists to not only the NHS, private industry and also the Mod.

Sandy Roberts – Plaster
Sandy runs the plaster division for HCL Healthcare.  She joined the company when Medical Technical were acquired by HCL plc 4 years ago.  Since then Sandy has actively built up the Plaster division and currently has over 350 talented medical specialists registered with her.   Sandy supports many of the groups associated with plaster such as Castaways and AOT (soon to be renamed AOP) and can be found actively promoting HCL at many of the Orthopaedic Trade Shows and Exhibitions.

Sarah Evans – Diet and Nutrition
Sarah joined HCL in 2007 following the acquisition of Medirec by HCL plc.   As the manager for the Diet and Nutrition division, Sarah has an impressive CV with both International and Medical recruitment experience. Since  her career began in recruitment Sarah’s major achievements’ include studying and gaining the REC qualification and being appointed as the Overseas Manager having set up a successful Australian office in 2001.

Stephen Kelly – Theatres
Responsible for Sterile Services in the South of England, Stephen also manages the theatres team at HCL Healthcare.  Having trained within a T.S.S.U environment for the NHS prior to joining the HCL group, Stephen has exceptional knowledge of both client and locums needs within this division.
In 2006 the company awarded Stephen the prestigious honour of Best Newcomer and in 2008 he was awarded the status of ‘Consultant of the Year’.

Terina Tucker - Social Work

Vicki Mills – Radiography
With over 16 years experience working within Medical Recruitment, Vicki brings a wealth of experience to HCL Healthcare and the Radiography division.   Before the 2005 acquisition Vicki was managing the Pharmacy and Radiography Divisions at RS Locums.  Here she set up several new departments and was responsible for many of the successful tenders RS Locums were successful in winning.
As well as managing a successful team within HCL Healthcare, Vicki also has access to over 4000 compliant radiographers and has built up many successful partnerships with Radiography departments within the UK and Ireland
